  		• Total members (and dependents) average dollars spent
  		• Total members (and dependents) average Rx usage (quantity)
  		• Utilization review: Generic versus Brand
  		• Utilization review: Formulary, substitution, equivalence
  		• Billing and Payer reporting
  		• Current Contract status and review

    Custom reporting, Drug Utilization Review, and further cost analysis may be done at the request of the PC Pros customer. Charges and terms will be assessed per report, and WEB Internet access may be standardized.
